DUST FILTER BAG – EXTERNAL: 41 SQ.FT.CYLINDRICAL BAG WITH BOTTOM ZIPPER, FLAME RETARDANT TREATED COTTON (23″ DIA X 70″ H)
Flame retardant treated spun cotton cylindrical dust bag: 41 sq ft surface area, 23” dia x 70” high. Heavy duty 1” nylon center loop on top to hang bag and edge-to-edge zipper closure on bottom of bag to dump particulate. This bag is designed to be attached to the exhaust outlet of a dust collector with a three horsepower motor rated up to 1400 CFM. Inlet opening is 6 ¼” diameter x 6 ¼” length. FR Cotton fabric specifications: 9.75 oz. per square yard, and temperature ratings of continuous up to 275 F & surge up to 300 F.
The filter bag acts as a breather bag for your dust collector. The finer particulate settles to the bottom of the bag allowing the upper part of the bag to be free to breathe and exhaust the air efficiently. Upon initial use, the dust will slightly cake (collect) on interior side of bag. This slight caking improves the filtration process. Regular emptying of accumulated dust particulate is necessary.
